BreakFinder also combines overnight TRAC data into a format that’s readily usable by Operations Control personnel.

We can extract data from virtually any medium—flat files, TRAC reports, 3270 sessions, databases, you name it—and consolidate that information into a single report or file that is readily usable by the business side. In many instances, the entire business task can be fully automated as result of the batch data collection process. For example, the Fractional Liquidation System was initially designed to eliminate the research time required by dividend department personnel to manually liquidate fraction shares. But the project evolved to the next logical step, namely generating and submitting the necessary bookkeeping entries required to liquidate the fractional shares.
