Description: SEC Rule 11Ac1-5 for Market Centers and Rule 11Ac1-6 for Broker-Dealers has focused a tremendous amount of attention on quality of executions. Meeting the monthly and quarterly reporting requirements is only a part of these new SEC rules; in addition, firms must demonstrate that they have established adequate procedures for monitoring this critical area, and be able to disclose to customers, on request, pertinent information about their trades. CheckFill was developed to give customers the tools they need for these important issues and more.
CheckFill is a system that captures, stores, analyzes, and processes execution price data for all listed stocks (or OTC and listed, or correct descriptive phrase) in real time. Clients select from a range of services:

CheckFill is configurable to incorporate specific nuances of your business. Our daily exception report cross references your executions to detailed “time and sales” data from all competitive market makers at the time the trade was routed and executed, as well as tracks various benchmarks during customer-selected intervals. Exceptions are categorized (i.e. high, medium, low, based on exception limits set by your firm) and reports can be formatted to meet your requirements.
